Hi! I woke up super early for the soccer match but somehow, daddy dilly-dallied and i was like only a FEW minutes earlier than our soccer match against ELLIOT. They are NOT BAD can! Somehow, the match started earlier. Our team decided on wearing the Year 1 Orientation T-shirt (only HUIYING and WENTIAN didn't wear : A*BISH). so yea my classes are on
TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS
7.30pm - 9.30pm
it's held at Bishan Sports Hall , by Sports Council.
Um. basically
we start of with like warm ups like you know
um. rotating of hips and what nots. ankles blablabla
yea. we sometimes jog round the sports hall (inside)
we do stretching exercises like
splits. and you know something like sit and reach
if you learn gymnastics, i think you can be enrolled into the preintermediate class
if not you would have to start from the basics if i'm not wrong.
for my level. which is the pre-intermediate class
we do like handstand walks. and frontwalks backwalks
backflips
cartwheels (both,one or no hands)
YEA. and um
we do the vault, parallel bars, beam , trampoline and floor.
the vault normally we do something called BAI3 TUI3
and yea. handstand over..
for the parallel bars.
we have to learn how to get up on it.
and then spin.
stand on it. jump to the higher bar and swing
for the beam

we do handstands,cartwheels,frontwalks,backwalks,forwardrolls
